Breakfast Burritos

This is really easy to make. I used:

Flour tortillas, a tomato (sliced into little itty bits), lettuce (sliced, if you prefer them not, then that’s okay too), ranch dressing, eggs, and smoked turkey slices.

I cooked my eggs first. One was sunny side up over medium and the other, scrambled.

On the tortilla goes the dressing, meat, lettuce, egg and tomatoes. I placed the tortilla in the pan (the same one I used to fry my eggs) and cook it for about a minute or so. The second burrito I made is folded like a taco so I cooked one side a time. Anyway, you get the idea.

(I forgot to add cheese.)
