I’m screwed coz my camera broke and the warranty doesn’t cover accidental drops.

Jake had my camera and we were at this rocky river place and he had a misstep and slid on one of the rocks… and bump goes my camera. I wasn’t upset at first and felt like “meh!! I’ll just get a new one. No worries.” But after a while it started to sink in: how I’ve only had that camera for about a week, how $200 suddenly sounded expensive, how warranty won’t cover such an accident, and blah blah blah.

I’m really upset. =( But I won’t place any blame on Jake because it was an accident. I just feel really really sad right now. I didn’t want him to feel worse than he already does so I tried not to talk about it, although I wanted to but that would make it sound like I’m complaining so I tried my best to forget and not show it. I know he felt bad about the whole thing and said he’ll help me get a new camera but I don’t want to trust he’ll do that and get disappointed in the end. I have trouble trusting people because they often lie. Plus, I know his situation and don’t want to cause him more stuff to worry about. I don’t like the feeling of imposing on people.

Weekend trips

I’m so weird on that last post. Why do I fuss over simple things like that? Pooh!

Anyway, I had an awful dream last night that made me want to have a talk with Jake. See, there’s this thing I heard but wasn’t sure what really happened or what it meant. I guess one night I speculated too much that I had dreams. Ugh. Nasty!

So tomorrow night, I’m certain I can come with Jake to his family reunion and camping trip. Whee! I wonder what kind of campsite we’re going to? I’m excited!! Hihihi! We’re leaving tomorrow night after work and won’t be back until Sunday.

Oh! What’s cool is that my sisters are also going out-of-town this weekend– to BORACAY! God, how I wish I can join them. It’s been years since I last played in beach water. =P I so want to go to Boracay! That’s where I had my best star gazing moment.
