Yung Rack, that's where Nordstrom puts their old and over stock. You know, last season's clothes, I think things returned, items that are double discounted. So hindi lang shoes. They have things for the home, like bedsheets, rags, candles, pillows, they have shoes, and clothes and accessories. I mostly get mine there. You know how it's easy for manufacturers to produce accessories diba.. so there's a lot of unsold items!!! They have the Rack to clear their inventory or something and to make room for the hot new items. Clearance kumbaga. If you're lucky, you can get really good deals!! She hates flats coz she is short. Her shoes mostly are 2" or higher. I'm around 5'3 and I still like wearing flats!! I just can't seem to walk good in heels.
